‘Boil and bite’: How does it work?
By using Boil and bite technology for self moulding and fitting, we are able to offer a mandibular advancement solution that is clinically proven to alleviate snoring for less cost. The technology allows you to mould your mouth-piece to the size of your jaw
so it offers a high level of comfort. Here’s how it works:
- Once you have received the mouth-piece, place it in a container filled with hot water. The hot water will soften the mouth piece, making it adjustable.
- Remove the mouth-piece from the water and let it cool down slightly.
- Bite into the SleepPro with your lower jaw projected forward slightly. Hold this position and the mouth-piece will harden as it cools, retaining the outline of your jaw.
- Repeat this process a few times and the mouth-piece will eventually take the shape of your teeth for a comfortable fit.
